Pillars4Hope works in partnership with our referral agencies, representing social services, health care and public safety. We are known and respected throughout the referral community.
Referral Process
For referrals, please complete and fax the Referral Form to: 843-538-7613 or referral@pillars4hope.org
Contact the receptionist at 843-538-4343 for scheduling.
Drug Screening
We contract with local business and county facilities to screen employees for the following reasons: pre-employment,
random, reasonable suspicion, etc.
There is a $25.00 fee per drug screen.
