We accept the following insurance:

  • Medicaid

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

 

Clients are responsible for payment for services received according to the agency fee schedule. Payment is due when services are received unless other arrangements have been made. You may be eligible for financial assistance based on family size and income. If you are not eligible for financial assistance but unable to pay for services in full, you may request a payment plan. You may request a full financial assessment if you are unable to make payments. Services will not be denied due to inability to pay.

​

*There is an additional 3.5% plus 15 cents fee for manually entered Credit Cards. For tapped, chipped, and swiped transactions there is 2.6% plus 10 cents fee.
