Recovery is a lifelong process. Pillars4Hope provides touchpoints throughout. Whether through relationships with others in recovery or connections in the community, we help you along the way.
Peer Support Program
Our Peer Support Program is person-centered and recovery oriented. Certified Peer Support Specialists who are in long term recovery use their personal experiences to help others through their own unique recovery by building bridges, removing barriers, and empowering them to live self-directed lives.
All participants are treated with dignity and respect. We involve each person in defining his or her own goals that shape the path to recovery. We advocate for the individuals we serve, build caring relationships, and promote personal growth and development. We also help build connections for our patients within the community, so they have ongoing access to the resources they need to sustain a healthy, substance-free life.
